Rakuten Mobile offers "the Disaster Message Board", a service that enables users to confirm the safety of family members, relatives, and acquaintances in the event of a large-scale disaster.
The Disaster Message Board service allows people living or staying in the disaster area to register their status as safety information when a large-scale disaster occurs, such as an earthquake with a seismic intensity of "six lower" or higher, by using smartphones with Rakuten Mobile network, or mobile phones, PCs, and tablets of other companies.
